HALL, Chief Justice: The Utah Liquor Control Commission ("Commission") suspended The Yacht Clubs ("Club") state store operation and consumption and storage license because of findings that the Club had made an unlawful sale of an alcoholic beverage to a nonmember in violation of U.C.A., 1953, Â§ 16-6-13.1(9) (Supp. 1983). We affirm.
